How did participants react to our workshop?

It was so fun. We were divided into groups representing different colours. It was very interesting when I gathered with people with similar preferences to me and we found that we shared so many thoughts and values. The jigsaw puzzles helped me to know my preference. It was amazing that the result of the assessment was consistent with what I know about myself! Thank you for the good assessment tool!! Yellow Colour fighting!!

I thoroughly enjoyed both workshops. It was a beneficial way of finding out more about myself. I had many questions as to why I act or think in a certain way when others went about the same things differently. However, after participating in the Jigsaw and Personality Dimensions workshops I now have a better understanding of people and what may be the best way to communicate and/or work with others who are different from me. It was also a helpful tool during work. I have to teach 10 children, all of them very different from one another, so it was beneficial for me to become aware about the different types of personalities they might have. I now have a better way of communicating with them in a way they can fully understand me.

I used to know my personality type through several tests before but it was fun to do it by matching and flipping the puzzles myself and counting the most coloured puzzles to figure out the type.
In addition, the response of each group and the ways that representatives do the presentation of each type match their own type. The workshop is perfect for team building.

First of all, it was fun to choose from 64 pieces of puzzles. It was nice to have a personality approach that looked similar. It was fascinating when explaining the match of colour preferences between the couple and spouse. It seems that the full workshop consists of more reflection games. It is pitiful that we can only join the compact version this time.
